Have you heard the story of Mary Walker? If not, then you're in for a real treat! Born into slavery, Mary was freed at 15 and then went on to become a wife and mother. And tucked deep within her heart was the dream - she wanted to learn how to read. Finally, at the age of 116, her dream came true, as she took reading lessons at her nursing home and was coined “the oldest student”.
